Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions
1. Purpose
- Ride & Rip provides an online store where users can register, place orders, and manage their accounts.
2. User Registration
- Users can create an account using email and password or by logging in with Google. Users are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential.
3. Orders and Payments
- Card payments are processed through Stripe and captured directly within Stripe-hosted components embedded in our checkout page. Full card details are never stored on Ride & Rip servers.
- Strong Customer Authentication (PSD2): your bank may temporarily redirect you to a 3D Secure verification page to authorize the payment. Once authenticated you are automatically returned to our site to complete the order.
- Users must provide accurate shipping and billing information.
- Ride & Rip will send order confirmations via email.
4. Acceptable Use
- Users agree to use the site in accordance with the law, without engaging in fraudulent, harmful, or security-compromising activities.
5. Communications
- By registering, users consent to receiving transactional emails (account verification, order confirmations).
- Promotional communications will only be sent with prior consent.
6. Liability
- Ride & Rip is not responsible for service interruptions due to external technical causes.
- Products/services are delivered according to the conditions shown at the time of purchase.
Intellectual Property
- All content, logos, and designs of Ride & Rip are owned by the company or licensed for use.
Digital files (STL): license of use
- When you buy a digital file you get a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to print the parts for your own use. The license is only for the person who buys it: the files carry your order number.
- You may not share, resell, give away, publish, upload to platforms or repositories, or distribute in any way the files or modified or derived versions of them, nor sell or market parts printed with them. Breaching these terms allows us to withdraw access to the downloads and claim any damage caused.
- The customer prints and assembles the parts: their strength and durability depend on the printer, the material, the print settings and the assembly. Check them before using them on your motorcycle and do not use them if they show cracks or defects. Printed parts are not intended to come into contact with food or drinks. This does not limit your statutory rights if the file does not match its description.
9. Applicable Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
Pre-Orders
Some products in our store are sold as pre-orders. By placing a pre-order you accept that the item is not yet in stock and will be produced or restocked before being shipped.
Each reserved product shows an estimated shipping date on its product page, in your cart, at checkout and in your order confirmation. It is an estimate, not a guarantee: dates can vary with suppliers and production. We email you before your order ships, and again with the tracking number.
Reservations are paid at checkout, the same as any other order, so we can secure materials and start production. If the estimated date changes we will email you with the new date, and you can choose between waiting or a full refund of your order. Some batches are only produced if a minimum number of units is reserved before the deadline shown on the product page. If the deadline passes without the minimum, we email you that same day: you can ask for a full refund by replying to any of our emails, or keep waiting while we extend the deadline. If the batch finally doesn't go ahead, we refund you in full. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
The final pre-order product may show small visual differences (stitching, colour calibration, finish) versus the catalogue images, due to ongoing improvements aimed at giving you a better product. By accepting the pre-order terms at checkout you acknowledge and agree to these conditions.
Statutory consumer rights — including the right of withdrawal described in the Returns & Warranty section — apply to pre-order purchases on the same terms as in-stock items.
